exact specifications. Our forging facilities consist of four hydraulic
presses from 1000 to 4500 tons to accommodate a wide variety of
dimensions and weights.
ECF's forgings are used in the toughest, most demanding industrial
situations. Applications include mining, metalworking, steelmaking,
gearing, oil and gas production, papermaking, power generation,
engines, compressors, pumps,  industrial
fans and shipbuilding.
 We
also offer extensive machining capabilities, including CNC and conventional
lathes for rough and semifinished products. We also have trepan
and counterbore facilities for boring up to 20" in diameter and
40' in length
