      Machined Forgings

      If you require a rough machined forging, ELLWOOD City Forge Group has extensive machining capabilities. Our machining equipment includes CNC, conventional lathes, milling machines, peelers and saws. And if you want your forging without machining, that's OK, too.

      New Castle's FAT-HACO lathe is capable of machining product up to 866 inches long with 118 inches of swing.  It can handle weights up to 200,000 pounds. 

      The bar peeler in Ellwood City allows for efficient stock removal. It is an extremely cost-effective machining process with several advantages over traditional lathe turning.
